Brisbane Roar FC Takes on Adelaide United FC

Brisbane Roar FC have had a great start to the 2010 A-League Season.  The boys will be away for the next two weeks but will be home at Suncorp Stadium again on Saturday, 18th September.

NQ Fury sign young talent Brad McDonald from Brisbane Strikers

The North Queensland Fury have signed versatile defender Brad McDonald from Hyundai QSL side, Brisbane Strikers for the season.

The 20-year-old was invited to trial with the A-League club during the preseason and impressed head coach Franz Straka with his second half performance against Gold Coast United – this after playing the full 90 minutes of the Strikers top-of-the-table Hyundai QSL clash against Sunshine Fire the night before.

Last chance for teams ahead of HQSL Semi-finals

The regular season of the 2010 Hyundai Queensland State League comes to a close this weekend, but for the four finalists the business end of the season is just about to begin.

Brisbane Strikers, Sunshine Coast Fire, North Queensland Razorbacks and FNQ Bulls will contest the finals in a fortnight, but a lot rides on their performances in Round 21.
